Refund & Cancellation Policy
Last updated: August 12, 2026
This Refund & Cancellation Policy sets out the rules applicable to services, plans, and subscriptions offered by YouZipp.
1. Subscription cancellations
You may cancel a YouZipp subscription at any time.
Cancellation prevents future charges after the end of the current paid billing period. Unless required by applicable law, cancellation does not automatically entitle you to a prorated refund for the remaining period.
After cancellation, access to paid features may remain available until the end of the current billing cycle.
2. Right of withdrawal
Where required by applicable consumer protection laws, users may be entitled to cancel an online purchase within a legally established withdrawal period.
For consumers protected by Brazilian law, this period may be 7 days for eligible online transactions.
Where applicable, payments will be refunded in accordance with the relevant legal requirements.
3. Refund requests
Outside situations where a refund is required by law, YouZipp may review refund requests on a case-by-case basis, particularly in cases involving:
- duplicate charges;
- charges made after a valid cancellation;
- significant technical failures that prevented use of the purchased service;
- confirmed payment processing errors.
4. Services already used
Where permitted by applicable law, YouZipp may consider actual use of the service when reviewing refund requests submitted outside any mandatory withdrawal period.
Credits, generations, processing, storage, or other resources already consumed do not automatically qualify for a refund.
5. Automatic renewals
Some plans may renew automatically according to the selected billing cycle.
Users are responsible for canceling their subscription before the next renewal date if they no longer wish to continue using the service.
Where available, the next billing date may be viewed in the user's account or through the payment platform used for the transaction.
6. Plan changes
Upgrades, downgrades, or other plan changes may affect pricing and billing dates according to the conditions displayed at the time of the change.
7. Refund processing
When a refund is approved, it will normally be issued to the original payment method whenever technically possible.
The time required for the funds to appear may depend on the bank, card issuer, or payment processor.
8. Third-party services
Certain services or payments may involve third-party platforms. In such cases, additional procedures or processing times imposed by those providers may also apply.
9. Mandatory consumer rights
Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights granted under applicable law.
If this policy conflicts with a mandatory legal requirement, the applicable law will prevail.
