Available services may vary depending on country, language, platform version, subscription plan, or technical availability.

YouZipp may create, modify, replace, suspend, or discontinue features and services over time.

2. Acceptance of the Terms

By using YouZipp, you agree to comply with these Terms, the Privacy Policy, any specific rules applicable to individual services, and applicable law.

Certain features may be subject to additional terms. Where applicable, those terms supplement these Terms of Use.

3. Eligibility and authority

You represent that you have the legal capacity required to use the services and assume the obligations arising from these Terms.

If you use YouZipp on behalf of a company, organization, or other legal entity, you represent that you are authorized to bind that entity to these Terms.

4. User accounts

Some services may require a user account.

You are responsible for:

  • providing accurate and current information;
  • protecting your password and other credentials;
  • preventing unauthorized use of your account;
  • keeping account information updated;
  • informing YouZipp of unauthorized access when you become aware of it.

Accounts are personal and should not be shared in a manner that compromises security or violates specific service rules.

Availability may vary depending on the service and region.

7. Artificial intelligence and automated systems

Some YouZipp services use artificial intelligence, computational models, and other automated systems.

These systems may automatically generate responses, text, images, suggestions, classifications, analyses, or other content.

Although efforts are made to improve the quality of results, automated systems may produce:

  • incorrect information;
  • incomplete responses;
  • inaccurate interpretations;
  • unexpected results;
  • content requiring human review.

Users should independently evaluate results before relying on them for important decisions.

AI-generated content does not constitute legal, medical, financial, accounting, professional, or specialized technical advice.

8. User-provided content

You remain responsible for content, files, images, text, instructions, information, and other materials you submit to the platform.

By submitting content to YouZipp, you represent that you possess the necessary rights, licenses, or permissions to use that content.

You must not submit materials whose use violates copyright, trademark, privacy, confidentiality, or other third-party rights.

9. Processing of content

Certain features may process content submitted by users in order to provide the requested service.

This processing may involve YouZipp infrastructure or third-party technology providers engaged by YouZipp.

Personal data processing is described in greater detail in the Privacy Policy.

10. YouZipp intellectual property

The YouZipp name, logos, trademarks, visual identity, interfaces, systems, software, institutional content, and other proprietary platform elements are protected by applicable law.

Use of YouZipp does not transfer ownership rights in those elements to the user.

Unauthorized reproduction, commercial exploitation, reverse engineering, copying, or use of protected platform elements is prohibited except where permitted by law or expressly authorized by YouZipp.

11. User-created content

Unless otherwise stated, users retain any rights they hold in original content submitted or created through the services.

YouZipp may technically use such content to the extent necessary to provide the service, store it where applicable, process it, and make it available to the user.

12. Third-party services and platforms

Certain features may integrate third-party services, APIs, platforms, payment processors, infrastructure providers, or content.

Those services are governed by their own terms and policies.

YouZipp does not fully control the availability, operation, or content of third-party services and is not responsible for failures exclusively attributable to such providers.

13. External links

The platform may contain links to external websites.

The inclusion of a link does not necessarily constitute recommendation, endorsement, partnership, or responsibility by YouZipp for the external website.

Users should review the applicable terms and policies of third-party services.

14. Paid plans and subscriptions

Certain services may be free, paid, or offered through subscriptions.

Before purchase, applicable information may include:

  • price;

  • included features;
  • usage limits;
  • renewal terms;
  • available payment methods.

Specific conditions may vary by product or country.

15. Payments

Payments may be processed by specialized third-party providers.

YouZipp may not directly store complete payment method information.

Failures, refusals, or restrictions imposed by payment providers may prevent or suspend activation of a service.

16. Renewal, cancellation, and refunds

Conditions relating to renewal, cancellation, and any applicable refunds will be governed by the relevant cancellation and refund policy and, where applicable, the conditions displayed at the time of purchase.

Mandatory consumer rights under applicable law remain unaffected.

17. Changes to plans and features

YouZipp may change prices, limits, features, and characteristics of its services.

Where required by applicable law, or where changes materially affect an existing agreement, appropriate prior notice may be provided.

18. Service availability

YouZipp seeks to maintain its services available and operational but does not guarantee uninterrupted operation.

Service interruptions may result from:

  • maintenance;
  • updates;
  • technical failures;
  • infrastructure problems;
  • third-party outages;
  • circumstances beyond YouZipp's reasonable control.

19. Updates and maintenance

YouZipp may perform updates, corrections, and changes to the platform without prior notice where necessary for security, performance, stability, or continued development of the services.

20. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, YouZipp will not be liable for indirect damages resulting from use or inability to use the services, including losses arising from decisions made solely on the basis of automated content.

Nothing in this section excludes liability where such exclusion is prohibited by applicable law.

21. User decisions

Users are responsible for decisions made based on information or tools provided through the platform.

Where a decision involves significant legal, medical, financial, accounting, professional, or similar matters, users should seek advice from an appropriately qualified professional.

22. Security

YouZipp may implement technical and administrative safeguards designed to protect systems, accounts, and data.

However, no internet-connected system can be guaranteed to be completely immune from incidents, failures, or attacks.

Users are also responsible for following appropriate security practices, including protecting credentials and devices.

  • abusive use of infrastructure;
  • legal or regulatory requirements;
  • non-payment, where applicable.

Where reasonably possible and legally permitted, information regarding a suspension may be provided.

25. Termination by the user

Users may stop using the services and, where available, request closure of their account.

The consequences of closure relating to subscriptions, data, and content will be governed by the applicable policies.

26. Communications

YouZipp may send communications relating to account activity, security, service operation, contractual changes, and other information necessary to the user relationship.

Promotional communications will be subject to applicable preferences and legal requirements.

27. Changes to these Terms

These Terms may be updated periodically to reflect changes in services, technology, law, or the operation of the ecosystem.

The current version will always be available on this page.

Where a material change requires prior notice, YouZipp may provide such notice through appropriate channels.

28. Applicable law

These Terms will be interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable to the relationship between YouZipp and the user.

Where users benefit from mandatory consumer protection rules or other mandatory legal rights in their jurisdiction, those rights remain unaffected.

29. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.

30. No waiver

Failure to exercise any right under these Terms does not constitute a permanent waiver of that right.

31. Contact

Questions regarding these Terms or the operation of the platform may be submitted through the official contact channels provided by YouZipp.
